The MINI-FLOTT 50 is the compact washing and peeling machine for kitchens with a capacity of up to 5 kg — optionally as a table or floor-standing unit, made entirely of stainless steel, made in Germany. You can choose the peeling system as an option: carborundum abrasive surface or the double-edged knife peeling disc, whose knives peel the tubers as if by hand.

The peeling water is retained in the machine: The tubers are thoroughly washed, a soft water cushion prevents bumps and knocks, and water consumption decreases. The peeling time control gently empties at the end via a slow restart of the machine.
