The Multipan 3601D from Bartscher is a round aluminium pan with a capacity of 7 litres and an internal diameter of 360 mm, equipped with a non-stick coating and a glass lid. The electronic temperature control with rotary knob enables stepless temperature adjustment for 50/60 Hz operation at 230 V and 1.75 kW power rating. The pan is detachable and has an internal height of 80 mm.
