The housing is made inside and outside of a low-maintenance PET casing with anti-fingerprint coating (Silver-Ice) material. The hygiene version manufactured interior housing features a deep-drawn base tray with drain. The shelves are easily removable for cleaning. Suitable for holding 3 x GN1/1 insertion positions, 50 mm gap between insertion positions. Accessories: core temperature probe. The plug-ready appliance has a digital touch control with individually programmable temperature and time setting. The coated high-performance finned evaporator is corrosion-protected and offers additionally an intelligent air flow for optimal cooling and shock freezing results.
