VITO tabs are cleaning tabs specially designed for fryers. The case contains 12 cans, each with 15 tabs of 55 g.

The tabs dissolve burnt-in fat and protein residues in the basin, which are hardly removable by hand. A clean fryer does not transfer old flavours to fresh oil – the cleaning interval therefore belongs to frying operations just as much as the oil change.

Please observe the manufacturer’s instructions regarding dosage and soaking time and wear suitable protective gloves.
