With this compact shawarma grill, you can quickly serve the tastiest shawarma sandwiches, kebabs, and other grilled dishes. This doner grill is suitable not only for use in shawarma shops and grill rooms but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering businesses. This professional doner grill features a gas burner with a stainless steel protective grid. For perfect preparation, the grill spit is adjustable and can be rotated left and right.

Including Stainless Steel Drip Tray

This doner grill comes with a stainless steel drip tray that is easy to remove. You can easily connect this professional doner grill to the gas supply. Since this doner grill operates on gas, the device comes with standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). Nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag along with the user manual. It is important that the conversion from natural gas to liquefied gas is carried out by a professional. You can also order the special doner knife which allows you to quickly and easily cut the meat into thin slices.

Removable Parts

Hygienic working is essential when preparing food. Therefore, this doner grill is easy to clean. Simply unplug it and wait until it has cooled down. Then remove all parts that come into contact with meat and soak them in warm water with a mild detergent. Wipe everything with a soft cloth. The housing, spit, and meat plate are made of stainless steel and are also easy to clean.
