It is ideal for intensive daily use in commercial kitchens for slicing doner, shawarma, and gyros. The blade made of stainless steel has a diameter of 10 cm and can handle up to 2600 revolutions per minute, allowing you to easily slice 60 kg of meat per hour. The doner knife comes with an additional blade. You also receive a practical sharpening stone for regular honing of the knife.

Whether you want thin meat slices or something thicker, simply adjust the slicing thickness from 0 mm to 8 mm. When working in the kitchen with kitchen appliances, especially slicing machines, safety is very important. The knife is protected by a stainless steel guard. It also features a non-slip handle to prevent accidental drops. Additionally, the knife is overload protected and switches off automatically.
