With this grill featuring two gas burners and stainless steel protective grill, you can grill about 20 kg of meat on the spit at once. This grill is suitable for intensive daily use and is an asset to every shawarma shop, grill restaurant, Greek restaurant or any other large-scale kitchen. You can adjust the temperature of the two burners individually so that the meat is cooked evenly over the entire spit. The spit rotates once per minute, ensuring every side of the meat is perfectly grilled.

Detachable Stainless Steel Drip Tray

This robust grill is equipped with a stainless steel drip tray that collects all the fat. The drip tray can be easily removed for cleaning. The motor of this shawarma grill is located at the bottom. A grill is often equipped with stainless steel reflection grids on the sides. These are not included but can be ordered separately. Since this doner grill is gas-powered, you receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the operating instructions. Always have the conversion from natural gas to LPG carried out by a professional. The most delicious grilled dishes are prepared on a kebab grill, but you should also have an electric slicing knife to smoothly and quickly cut the meat from the spit. This can be ordered separately.

Easy to Clean

The kebab grill is made entirely of stainless steel and is easy to clean. It is recommended to clean the grill after each use. To do this, allow the appliance to cool down and then unplug it. Remove the spit, meat plate and other removable parts from the grill. You can either put these in the dishwasher or clean with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. The housing can also be wiped with a damp cloth. After cleaning, dry all parts with a soft cloth and reassemble the grill.
