With this shawarma grill, you can quickly serve the most delicious shawarma sandwiches, kebabs and other grilled dishes. This kebab grill is not only suitable for use in shawarma shops and grill rooms, but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering establishments. The burner temperature can be adjusted separately, so you can choose whether the meat should be lightly grilled on the top or the other side. For perfect preparation, the grill spit is adjustable and can be rotated left and right.

Stainless steel drip tray with filter

This grill is equipped with a removable stainless steel drip tray with a filter to catch fat. The motor of the grill is located on the top of the device. The grill is not supplied with stainless steel reflective screens, but these can be ordered separately. Since this doner grill is gas-operated, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. It is advisable to consult a professional for the conversion from natural gas to liquid gas. You can also order a special kebab knife with which you can slice the grilled meat.

Easy to clean

Since this professional grill comes into contact with food, it is important to clean it properly. The stainless steel surfaces of the housing, spit and meat plate are easy to clean. The easiest way is to use a damp cloth, warm water and some dishwashing liquid. The loose parts are dishwasher safe. Before starting cleaning, make sure the appliance has cooled down and that the plug has been pulled out of the socket. Dry all parts after cleaning and reassemble the grill for the next use.
