Is a tasty kebab, a shawarma wrap or another grilled dish on the menu? Then this professional kebab grill is an asset to your catering kitchen. You might think that a doner grill is only used in shawarma shops or grill restaurants, but you can use this grill to cook various types of meat. This makes it suitable for different kitchens and food trucks. The grill has four gas burners with stainless steel protective grids and the motor is located underneath. The temperature for each burner can be set very easily, which is practical when preparing light or dark grilled meat. The spit rotates once per minute. In addition, the supplied meat plate has a diameter of 19 cm.

Equipped with a practical drip tray

When you buy this doner grill, you receive a drip tray made of stainless steel, which is also easy to remove. This way, you can keep your work area clean while the fat from the meat is collected in the tray. This grill does not come with stainless steel reflection grids. These reflective shields for the sides can be ordered separately. To connect the doner grill to the gas, you receive nozzles for natural gas (20-25 mbar). The nozzles for liquefied gas (propane/butane) are delivered separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag along with the operating instructions. Please note that conversion from natural gas to liquefied gas must be carried out by a professional. You can also order the practical electric doner knife to cut meat quickly and easily.

Quick and easy to clean

In the commercial kitchen, food is handled frequently, so hygiene is very important. Since the housing, spit and meat plate are made of stainless steel, they are easy to clean. Simply wait until the device has cooled down and unplug it. All parts that come into contact with food can be removed and cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water and some detergent. The individual parts are also dishwasher safe.
