How the glass freezer works

There is a metal thread on the supply hose of the CO2 bottle which you should also place around the neck of the CO2 bottle. This prevents the hose from slipping if it comes loose. Once all safety measures are in place, you can start operating the device.

Quickly frozen glasses

Connect the supply hose to the CO2 bottle and ensure it is securely fastened. Attach the adapter of the glass freezer. Now gently open the CO2 bottle slightly to check that no carbon dioxide is leaking. If not, you can open the tank fully. Press the red button on the glass freezer to switch it on. Take a glass and place it upside down on the device. Press the blue button; carbon dioxide will emerge from the device and freeze the glass. When the glass is iced over, release the blue button. Hold the glass by the bottom and place it upright on the work surface. You now have an ice-cold glass ready for immediate use.

Cleaning the glass freezer

To extend the lifespan of the glass freezer, you must clean it after each use. Make sure the freezing glass is switched off and unplugged. After using the freezer, wait until the remaining CO2 has evaporated and allow the freezer to reach room temperature before cleaning. Do not use water for cleaning, as this can cause ice build-up! Clean with a slightly damp cloth and regularly check the glass froster for wear and damage.
