Suitable for installation in a cooking line

With this robust griddle, you grill your food on the smooth, 15 mm thick plate made of hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The plate is set in a waterproof recess. A practical 1.5-litre drip tray and a splash guard that prevents oil from leaking ensure safe operation with this griddle. The safety thermostat allows the temperature to be set between 50 and 300ºC. If you work in your kitchen with a cooking line, this griddle fits perfectly.

Easy to clean

Cleaning this professional griddle is not a problem at all. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Use a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Stubborn food residues are best removed with a scraper. To remove persistent dirt, heat the grill to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
