With the 90 cm deep grill plate, you have enough space to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. Thanks to the robust construction, this lava stone grill is very durable. It can withstand a lot, making this kitchen appliance suitable for intensive use in busy professional kitchens. It can be placed in a cooking line or as an accessory, for which you can simply order a stand.

Safe to Use

The inclined grilling section of this lava stone grill is height adjustable. Thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no grease or food residues remain after cleaning. This gas lava stone grill is equipped with a pilot flame and a piezo-electric ignition. The safety thermostat allows you to set temperatures between 100 and 300°C. The stone grill also features a gas safety valve with thermocouple, which ensures that the throttle valve stays open as long as the sensor detects heat. Once there is no flame, the throttle valve automatically closes to prevent gas from escaping. The burner is equipped with a pilot flame for convenient and safe operation and can be operated with both liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas.

Optimal Safety Features

The splash guard made of stainless steel protects against grease splashes. This lava stone grill has an aluminium top grill with V-grooves and two heavy cast iron grates underneath. The V-grooves allow fat to drip onto the hot lava stones, giving your dishes a delicious grilled flavour. The flames are shielded by a slanted grill grate on the underside. This ensures that fat drips directly into the removable drip tray and also prevents it from burning.
