This professional sausage filler is made entirely of stainless steel and has a filling capacity of 7 l. The sausage filler comes with four stainless steel filling tubes with diameters of 16, 22, 32, and 38 mm. The pressure plate contains a vent hole and is sealed with a gasket. The meat is manually pushed into the filling tube using a crank via the pressure plate. With this robust sausage filler, you can twist sausages at two speeds.

Fast manual sausage production

To make sausages with this robust sausage filler, you can use one of the four filling tubes. The filling tubes determine the thickness of the sausages. Simply tilt the container toward you and fill it with the ingredients. The casing from which the sausage is made slides over the filling tube and must be held firmly. Turn the crank and the ingredients are pushed into the filling tube. It is important that the casing is filled as tightly as possible without adding air. When the sausage is finished, twist it a few times and remove it from the filling tube.

Efficient and easy cleaning

Cleaning commercial kitchen equipment is very important for good hygiene in every kitchen, including butcher shops. Since this device is used with fresh ingredients, it must be properly cleaned after use. To facilitate this, the container and filling nozzles can be easily removed.
