Since making sausages by hand is a difficult and time-consuming task, this device is a valuable addition to any butcher's shop. This professional sausage filler is made entirely of stainless steel and has a filling volume of 7 litres. The sausage filler comes with four stainless steel filling tubes with diameters of 16, 22, 32 and 38 mm. The pressure plate contains a vent hole and is sealed with a gasket. The meat is manually pushed into the filling tube via the pressure plate using a crank. With this robust sausage filler, you can twist sausages at two speeds.

Fast manual sausage production

To make sausages with this robust sausage filler, you can use one of the four filling tubes. The filling tubes determine the thickness of the sausages. Simply tilt the container towards you and fill it with ingredients. The casing, from which the sausage is made, slides over the filling tube and must be held firmly. Turn the crank and the ingredients are pushed into the filling tube. It is important that the casing is filled as tightly as possible and no air is added. When the sausage is finished, twist it a few times and take it off the filling tube.

Efficient and simple cleaning

Cleaning large kitchen equipment is very important for good hygiene in every kitchen, including butcher's shops. Since this device is used with fresh ingredients, it must be properly cleaned after use. To facilitate this, the container and filling tubes can be easily removed. As the parts are made of stainless steel, they can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Use disinfectant and a damp cloth to clean the pressure plate. After cleaning, the sausage filler can be reassembled. Additionally, the sausage filler is equipped with four rubber feet to ensure it stands non-slip during use.
