If you want to prepare sausages quickly and efficiently, you should use a professional sausage filler. Thanks to its vertical position, this sausage filler takes up very little space on the work surface. With a filling capacity of 5 litres, you can quickly produce a large number of sausages. The casing in which the sausages are made can be easily slipped over one of the four supplied filling tubes. The filling tubes have diameters of 16, 22, 32, and 38 mm. Since the supplied pressure plate has a vent hole, as little air as possible gets into the sausages. It is also fitted with a seal. On the side, there is a crank that can be operated manually to produce sausages at two speeds.

Fast and easy sausage production

When making sausages, first select the desired filling tube. The thinner the tube, the thinner the sausage. Put the ingredients into the hopper, which you can tip towards you easily for filling. Then slip the casing over the filling tube and hold it firmly. Turn the crank with the other hand and the casing is filled with fresh ingredients. Make sure the sausage is tightly filled without letting in too much air.

Completely made of stainless steel

For good hygiene, this sausage filler must be properly cleaned. All parts are made of stainless steel, and several parts can be removed for cleaning in the dishwasher. The pressure plate is easy to clean with a damp cloth and disinfectant. After cleaning, you can reassemble all parts for the next use. The sausage filler is also equipped with four rubber feet to ensure it is placed slip-resistant.
