The FLOTT VAP 25 K is the fully automatic washing and peeling system for large-scale kitchens and processing companies: filling, washing and peeling process, emptying of the peeled tubers, and wastewater discharge are program-controlled. A solenoid valve minimises water consumption; a finishing table and conveyor belt complement the system. Flottwerk also develops complete peeling systems based on individual requirements on this basis.

The peeling water is retained in the machine: the tubers are thoroughly washed, a soft water cushion prevents bumping and knocking, and water consumption decreases. The peeling time automatic system gently empties at the end by slowly restarting the machine.
