The Electric Pasta Cutter 8000 from Bartscher is designed for processing short to medium-length pasta varieties such as fusilli, gnocchi, and casarecce and is powered directly via the Pasta Machine 8000 with 12 V. With stepless adjustable speed (7–70 rpm) and a power rating of 0.02 kW, the device enables precise cutting results through electronic and manual control. The cutting mechanism is made of high-quality stainless steel CNS 18/10, while the housing parts are made of plastic.
