Capacity of approximately 60/80 covers per service. Maximum grill capacity: 14/16 steaks or entrecôte of 300/350 grams with a thickness of about 3/3.5 cm. Cooking times are very short and may vary depending on the type of cooking process and of course the characteristics of the meat cuts. The grill grate can be positioned at four different heights: 3.5/8/9.5/13.5 cm. Tip: Best results are achieved with meat that has a slightly higher fat content. Heat temperature of infrared lamps.
