Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Top made in stainless steel AISI 304 20/10. Flue made in enamelled cast-iron. Deep drawn wells each of 13 liters with drain valves installed in the lower neutral compartment and cold zone for food particles collection. Drain extension tube supplied. Heating by heat exchange pipes inside the well. Stainless steel horizontal flame burners with pilot burner and piezo ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple, with adjustable temperature up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat. Delivered with: Baskets 1x 1/1 + 2x 1/2 and flue extension. Equipped with a high chimney.
