Slicing straight and thin slices is difficult when you have to do it by hand. With this professional electric meat slicer, you can not only cut perfectly even slices of meat but also other items. The blade supplied as standard with the device is only suitable for slicing meat. However, if you also want to slice other things, we offer additional accessories such as a Teflon-coated blade for slicing cheese and a serrated blade for slicing bread. Slicing with this versatile kitchen appliance is easy and quiet. The hardened stainless steel blade has a diameter of 22 cm and you can adjust the slice thickness between 1 and 12 mm per slice. This ensures that sausage, ham, salami or other types of meat are always sliced evenly.

Safe Meat Slicing

This robust meat slicer allows very fast but also very safe slicing. Thanks to the design, hands are kept away from the blade. The motor also features a built-in safety function. Thanks to the angled blade arrangement, it slices evenly and quickly. Additionally, the slicer is equipped with an attachment for sharpening the blade. Regular blade sharpening also increases safety when slicing. By turning the attachment, the blade is passed over the sharpening stones. After sharpening, the slicer should be thoroughly cleaned so that no fine particles of the sharpening stones contaminate the food.

Easy to Use

The on/off switch is located on the side of the meat slicer. You can operate the handle with one hand so that you can catch the meat with the other hand. For good hygiene, you should always wear gloves when slicing. The slicer should be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Detach the cutting board and wash it along with the blade in soapy water with a mild detergent. Clean the housing with a damp sponge and dishwashing liquid. Then rinse everything with water and allow to dry before reuse. Thanks to the four rubber feet, the slicer remains firmly in place during use.
