The opening in the bowl at the top measures 8 cm, allowing you to easily produce up to 320 kg of minced meat per hour. It is ideal for butcher shops or larger professional kitchens. In addition to meat, you can also grind other ingredients such as nuts, vegetables, and cheese. Want to make sausages with a good filling? That is no problem either, because you receive a sausage filler with a diameter of 20 mm, with which you can also make sausages.

Two positions: forward and reverse

Various parts of this meat grinder are made of stainless steel, such as the housing, bowl, spiral, and screw ring. The blades and plates are made of hardened steel. The following accessories are supplied as standard with this meat grinder: a 2-cm sausage filler, a food pusher, two cross blades, and two plates with holes of 6 and 8 mm each. The meat grinder can also grind in two directions: both reverse and forward. The meat grinder is very easy to operate. Simply insert the desired plate and switch on the device. Push the meat towards the blades using the supplied pusher. Once the meat is ground, you can collect it in a container or bowl.

Fast and easy cleaning

When working with food in the kitchen, good hygiene is essential. Fortunately, this professional meat grinder is easy to clean. The entire grinding mechanism can be removed in one operation to facilitate cleaning. Clean the parts with warm water and a mild detergent. Be careful, some parts are very sharp. Ensure the parts are dry after cleaning before reinserting them into the device. In addition, the meat grinder is equipped with rubber feet to ensure it stands stable during grinding.
