What is Gastronorm?

This GN container is suitable, for example, for ovens, refrigerators, freezers, saladettes, displays, bain-maries and even chafing dishes. Advantages of Polycarbonate

The use of polycarbonate in GN containers offers many advantages. This material is virtually indestructible and, thanks to its transparency, can be viewed from all sides, allowing you to see the contents of the container. It is also an odourless and tasteless material that does not absorb these properties from the food. The greatest advantage, however, lies in the easy cleaning. GN containers made of polycarbonate are dishwasher-safe, dry quickly and are temperature-resistant from -40 to 100°C. This GN container also has folded edges and rounded corners for extra grip, making it safe and easy to handle.
