Low-Maintenance Freezing Unit

In this spacious freezer, you can freeze and store a large amount of supplies. The freezer is not only roomy but also easy to operate and maintain. It is equipped with an automatic defrost system that prevents freezing. The defrost cycle starts every six hours, during which water collected in the freezer is directed to the motor where it evaporates. This prevents ice from forming on the walls and grids. Additionally, it ensures that your frozen products do not stick together or adhere to the inner wall. This also means the freezer consumes less electricity as it doesn't have to work as hard to freeze.

Portable Freezer

This large freezer is easy to transport thanks to its four castors. The front castors come with brakes. This makes it simple to clean behind and underneath the freezer. It features two glass doors. The doors are fitted with antibacterial rubber seals and sturdy handles, and close automatically with a magnetic door seal. The doors can also be locked. Heated door seals prevent the doors from freezing shut. The interior of the freezer is illuminated with LED lights. This is energy efficient and ensures you have a clear view of your stock and products.

Adjustable Shelves

Most freezers have shelves in fixed positions. However, this freezer’s shelves and the spacing between them are adjustable. It comes standard with six grids in the 2/1 GN size. The grids ensure good cold air circulation and are coated with a dirt-repellent finish. The back edge of the grids is raised to prevent products from sticking to the rear wall or falling behind the grid. You can adjust the height of the shelves inside the freezer in 5 cm increments. You can also increase the number of shelves by ordering additional grids separately via our webshop.

Keeping the Freezer Clean

The automatic defrost function prevents ice buildup inside the freezer. Nevertheless, it is important to defrost and clean the freezer regularly. Unplug the power cord and clean the exterior with a damp, soft cloth. You can remove ice residues with an ice scraper or place a container of hot water inside the freezer. Once the ice has melted, clean the interior with a soft cloth, a bowl of hot soapy water, and a mild detergent. Remove the shelves from the freezer and clean the inside thoroughly. Then clean the doors and rubber seals carefully. Dry everything thoroughly to prevent new ice from forming inside. Clean the shelves and place them back inside the freezer. Now you can switch the appliance back on.
