It is recessed into a waterproof cutout and suitable for both LPG and natural gas. You can install it in your cooking line or even place it on a stainless steel carrier, which you can easily order via our webshop.

Completely made of stainless steel

As you expect from all professional appliances in our Cooking Range 700 cooking line, the quality never disappoints. This robust grill plate is made entirely of stainless steel and coated with chrome. The plate itself is made of 15 mm thick steel and has a grilling surface of 34.4 x 45.8 mm. The wide splash guard prevents spills and splashes on the wall, and underneath the plate there is a practical, removable stainless steel drip tray that can catch up to 1.5 litres of fat, allowing you to keep grilling for a long time.

Quick to the right temperature

Since it can get very hectic in every large kitchen, it is good to know that you can get started quickly with this grill plate. You ignite it with the handy piezo ignition: just press the rotary knob and immediately turn it to the desired temperature. The stainless steel burners can reach 200 °C in just ten minutes. Of course, you can increase the temperature further, up to 300°C.
