When working with fresh ingredients, it is important to have a fridge that keeps everything cool for as long as possible. This professional stainless steel fridge has a gross capacity of 400 l and is equipped with four adjustable shelves. This allows you to choose the best layout for your needs. Furthermore, it offers the possibility to increase the number of shelves for additional compartments. The door is fitted with a lock for added convenience.

Consistent Cooling System

This fridge features a user-friendly electronic temperature control and a digital display that make it easy to read and set the temperature. This fridge uses static cooling with a fan to cool the contents evenly. It also prevents large temperature fluctuations. It quickly reaches the desired temperature and minimises ice formation through a cooling cycle every six hours. The fridge uses the CFC-free refrigerant R600a. Additionally, it is equipped with two adjustable front feet and two rear wheels so it can be easily moved when necessary.

Easy to Clean

Before cleaning the appliance, you must switch it off and unplug it from the socket. The fridge has a plastic interior and a stainless steel exterior, both of which are easy to clean thanks to their smooth surfaces. Simply use a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid to wipe the walls and shelves. Do not forget to clean the removable antibacterial rubber seal and ensure everything is thoroughly dried before switching it back on.
