This counter fridge can store a large stock of chilled products. This fridge features a spacious work surface with a width of 223 cm and a depth of 70 cm. There is enough space for two or three people to prepare or assemble attractive dishes together. And the products can be easily taken from the refrigerated unit under the work surface.

Spacious counter fridge

This is the largest counter fridge in the Maxima range, with no less than four doors and a lockable compressor compartment. The refrigerated counter has six wheels with brakes on the front wheels. This makes it easy to move. The four glass doors are fitted with sturdy handles and heated door seals to prevent freezing. The doors close automatically thanks to magnetic door seals, so no cold air escapes if the door is not properly closed. In addition, you can easily see where your items are stored, so you don’t have to open the doors unnecessarily. When you need to reorder ingredients, you can quickly see how much stock you have.

Automatic defrost cycle

This counter fridge is equipped with an automatic defrost cycle which starts every six hours. This prevents ice build-up and ensures efficient cooling of your fridge. It features a ventilated cooling system where cold air circulates and cools the food. The walls have an insulation thickness of 6 cm, so the refrigerated counter can cool effectively even at ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C. The temperature can be read on a digital display and adjusted using the arrow keys within a range of 2 to 10 °C.

Interior of the counter fridge

The interior of the counter fridge is equipped with LED lighting that can be switched on or off as needed. The unit comes with four shelves sized 1/1 GN. The design of the shelves and the raised edge at the back ensure good air circulation. The raised edge prevents food from falling off or sticking to the back wall. The shelves are mounted on adjustable guides that can be adjusted in height in 5 cm increments for an optimal arrangement. You can also add 1/1 gastronorm containers, ideal for loose ingredients or prepared dishes. This counter fridge is very flexible in its layout. Cleaning the counter fridge

Thanks to the stainless steel construction and rounded corners, this fridge is easy to clean. Switch off the counter fridge and unplug it. Remove the products, shelves and GN containers and clean the interior and door seals with hot water and a mild detergent. Do not use a scouring pad, only a soft cloth for cleaning. When the interior is clean, clean the shelves and GN containers and put them back in the unit. The exterior can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. After cleaning you can put the counter fridge back into operation and restock it.
