This dispenser for white chocolate allows you to easily serve 10 litres of hot chocolate. It also features a bain-marie heating system that ensures the chocolate milk is slowly heated without burning. Thanks to the continuously rotating stirrer, clumping and clogging at the outlet tap are prevented.

Evenly Heated Beverages

To operate this chocolate dispenser, first fill the water tank up to the max mark. Then fill the food-safe bowl with chocolate milk and close the lid securely. Switch the device on using the On button to activate the stirring mechanism. Afterwards, you can set the temperature to the desired level. Depending on the desired temperature, the product, and ambient temperature, the contents will be heated within half an hour. Once the chocolate milk has reached the set temperature, place a cup under the tap and pull the lever down to fill the cup. Spilled chocolate milk is collected in the drip tray under the tap. This versatile device can also be used for milk, tea, mulled wine, and other heated beverages.

Cleaning the Machine

Empty the remaining chocolate milk and rinse the bowl and stirring system of the device. Fill the bowl with water and let the water drain through the tap so no food residues remain in the groove. Remove the tap with the supplied tool and clean the channel between the bowl and the tap using a pipe cleaner. Remove the bowl and stirring mechanism and clean them with hot water and food-safe detergent. Remove the plug from the water tank to empty it. Replace the plug and clean the water tank and device with a damp cloth. Dry all parts and reassemble. Do not forget to clean the drip tray.
