With this black chocolate dispenser, you can easily serve 10 litres of hot chocolate. It also features a bain-marie heating system that ensures the chocolate milk is warmed slowly and does not burn. The stirrer mechanism with continuous rotation prevents lumping and clogging of the tap.

Evenly warmed beverages

To operate this chocolate dispenser, first fill the water tank up to the max mark. Then fill the food-safe container with chocolate milk and close the lid securely. Switch the device on using the On button to activate the stirrer mechanism. Then you can set the temperature to the desired level. Depending on the desired temperature, the product, and ambient temperature, the food is heated within half an hour. Once the chocolate milk has reached the set temperature, place a cup under the tap and pull the lever down to fill the cup. Spilled chocolate milk is collected in the drip tray under the tap. This versatile device can also be used for milk, tea, mulled wine and other heated drinks.

Cleaning the machine

Empty the remaining chocolate milk and rinse out the container and stirring system of the device. Fill the container with water and let the water drain from the container through the tap to remove any food residues from the channel. Remove the tap using the supplied tool and clean the channel between the container and the tap with a pipe cleaner. Remove the container and stirrer unit and clean them with hot water and food-safe detergent. Remove the plug from the water tank to empty it. Replace the plug and clean the water tank and the device with a damp cloth. Dry all parts and reassemble. Do not forget to clean the drip tray.
