In this compact, heated food display cabinet, you can keep pastries and snacks warm for your customers. This is the ideal kitchen appliance that fits on a worktop, table, or counter. The cabinet has a capacity of 45 litres and is 55 cm wide. The beautifully curved window at the front ensures an attractive and professional presentation of the products. The rear of the cabinet is equipped with swing doors, allowing easy refilling or serving customers with quick meals. Glass panes on all four sides ensure the products are clearly visible. The two interior shelves are chrome-plated and not height-adjustable.

Even warming of the products

To ensure that the food in the heated display cabinet is warmed evenly, the cabinet is equipped with a powerful heating element. Furthermore, a humidity reservoir is present to prevent the food from drying out quickly. With the analogue rotary knob, you can easily set temperatures between 30 and 90ºC. The indicator light shows when the cabinet has reached the correct temperature.

Quick and hygienic cleaning

Hygiene is very important in every catering operation. The cabinet, which is visible to your customers, should also look clean. Before you start cleaning, switch off the cabinet. Then use a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to clean the glass. You can also clean the shelves with a cloth and some soapy water. After cleaning, wipe everything thoroughly. Be careful not to use too much water to avoid condensation.
