The convection oven AT90-MDI S from Bartscher features electronic temperature control in 1 °C increments with memory function and achieves a heat-up time of approximately 8 minutes to 150 °C. The rounded baking chamber with removable support rails, double door glazing and two fans enables even cooking, while the MDI control with digital display for temperature and time as well as a programmable signal tone (1–120 minutes) ensure precise operation.
