Food service salad bar Gastroline Premium with black painted steel sheet side panels and black coated melamine wood front panel. Cooled base unit with doors for easy access to stored goods. Straight glass structure preassembled in stylish and painted stainless steel frame. Glass structure with intermediate glass shelf and LED lighting recessed into aluminium profile. For optimized cooling using an air curtain, the GN containers in the basin are slightly recessed downwards. The refrigerated serving counter features a high-quality 40 mm thick grey speckled granite worktop. Control is electronic with a digital temperature display. Built-in safety system that alerts with an acoustic alarm in case of heavy condenser contamination or condenser fan malfunction. This alarm system provides high protection against machine damage and minimises service costs. Four height-adjustable screw feet allow minor floor unevenness to be compensated on site. Delivery is without GN containers and tablet chute. Modular system combinable with Gastroline Premium refrigerated serving counter, bain-marie, Sweet display cabinet and cash desk. Ideal for food service systems in restaurants and small-scale gastronomy, with individual colour and design options, making it ideal for shop fitting and catering installers.
