Food service salad bar Gastroline Premium with black lacquered side panels made of sheet steel and melamine-coated wooden front panel in black. Refrigerated base unit with doors for easy access to intermediate stored goods. Straight glass structure pre-assembled in stylish and lacquered stainless steel frame. Glass setup with intermediate glass shelf and LED lighting recessed in aluminium profile. For optimized cooling by means of an air curtain, the GN containers in the tray are slightly recessed downwards. The refrigerated sales counter features a high-quality 40 mm thick granite worktop, grey speckled. Control is electronic with a digital temperature display. Integrated safety system that, in case of heavy soiling of the condenser or a fault in the condenser fan, gives an acoustic alarm to indicate the malfunction. This alarm system provides high protection against machine damage and minimizes service costs. Smaller unevennesses of the floor can be compensated on site by the 4 height-adjustable screw feet. Delivery is without GN containers and tablet chute. Modular system combinable with Gastroline Premium refrigerated sales counter, Bain Marie, Sweet sales display case and checkout counter.
