The Snackjet Protective Spray F1L is a ready-to-use, HACCP-compliant protective spray to prevent burnt-on residues and grease deposits in baking and combi steamers with hot air such as high-speed ovens and Snackjet models. The chlorine- and phosphate-free spray is applied undiluted into the cooking chamber after cleaning, evenly distributed, and fully dried before oven use. Delivered in a 6-pack of 1 litre each.
