This deep fryer with a capacity of 16 litres is an asset to any professional kitchen. It is ideal for preparing a variety of fried foods such as vegetables, spring rolls, fresh fries and other snacks. Changing the oil is usually not the most pleasant task, but thanks to the built-in drain tap it is done quickly and efficiently. When changing the oil, simply place a container under the tap, open the tap and wait until all the frying oil has drained out. Then close the tap and dispose of the old oil.

Healthier Frying

The electric deep fryer features a precise thermostat that allows you to set the fryer exactly to your desired temperature. You can choose from a temperature range between 50°C and 200°C. Thanks to the innovative cold zone, you can also use the oil longer and fry in a healthier way. A practical system where the heating element is positioned slightly above the bottom of the pan. The oil between the heating element and the bottom is not as hot, so crumbs that fall do not burn so easily. This keeps the oil fresh for longer. The fryer also has a removable lid to avoid oil splashes, a heat-resistant handle for easy handling and rubber feet for extra stability.

Quick Cleaning

In the commercial kitchen, hygiene is very important and the equipment must be cleaned regularly. Since this deep fryer is entirely made of stainless steel and features rounded corners, cleaning is quick and easy. With warm soapy water and a soft brush you can scrub all removable parts and simply wipe the outside of the fryer with a damp cloth.
