A practical 1.5-litre drip tray and splash guard prevent oil from leaking and make working with this grill plate safe. The safety thermostat allows the temperature to be set between 50 and 300ºC. If you work with a cooking line in your kitchen, this grill fits perfectly.

Easy to clean

Cleaning this professional grill plate is absolutely no problem. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Use a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Large food residues are best removed with a scraper. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the grill to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
