This small hand blender has a shaft length of 15 cm and an insertion depth of 12 cm. It is suitable for both professional kitchens and consumers. Thanks to its size, it is easy to operate and does not take up too much storage space.

Blending, Whipping and Chopping

This hand blender is versatile. It can be used to puree fresh pasta sauces or potatoes without leaving any lumps. It is also suitable for chopping vegetables, fruit or meat, or for whipping cream. This all-rounder is a real asset to any kitchen. The shaft depth of 12 cm is clearly marked with a line on the shaft. Be careful not to insert it deeper, as moisture could enter the motor and cause a short circuit. Also ensure the handle does not get wet.

Eight Speeds

The powerful motor of this hand blender has 8 adjustable speeds. You can easily set the speed using the plus and minus buttons on the blender. The digital display clearly shows which speed is selected. On the side of the handle is the on/off button. When you press this button while blending, whisking or mixing, the blades rotate. When you release the button, the hand blender stops immediately.

Ergonomic Model

To work safely, it is important that you can hold the hand blender properly. That’s why this hand blender has an ergonomic handle that fits well in the hand. The handle is coated with rubber to ensure you can grip the blender securely and it won’t slip from your hand. The motor has a plastic casing with ventilation holes for heat dissipation. Cleaning the Hand Blender

It is important to clean the hand blender thoroughly after each use to ensure no food residues remain on the blades. Let the blender foot cool down as it gets hot during use. Fill a bowl with water and a mild detergent and place the blender shaft in the bowl. Then briefly switch on the blender; this loosens all food residues from the blades. Unplug the power cord and unscrew the shaft. Clean the base with a damp cloth and dry the shaft thoroughly with a dry cloth. Be careful when drying the device as the blades are very sharp.
