In addition to our larger models, Maxima also offers this nice, compact hand blender. It is suitable for both smaller catering businesses and consumers. With this hand blender, you can puree pasta sauces, whip cream, or chop meat and vegetables.

Ergonomic Model

Operating a hand blender requires strength, especially with stiff or thick ingredients. For this reason, this hand blender features a sturdy handle and an ergonomic design. The rubber coating provides a good grip and prevents the hand blender from slipping from your hand and falling into the food. On the front of the handle, there is a digital display where you can easily set the desired speed. On the side of the handle is the on/off button, which allows you to operate the hand blender with one hand.

Various Speeds

This hand blender has a speed of 4,000 to 18,000 revolutions per minute. This allows you to quickly process your food. The hand blender has 8 speeds, which you can adjust with the plus and minus buttons. The digital display clearly shows which speed is selected. During blending, pureeing or chopping, you can easily adjust the speed up or down.

Shaft Insertion Depth

The hand blender has a shaft made of stainless steel and aluminium with sharp blades. A line on the shaft indicates the insertion depth of 15 cm. It is important that you do not insert the shaft deeper than this line, as otherwise food may get into the motor and cause a short circuit. You can simply screw the shaft onto the handle.

Cleaning the Hand Blender

It is important to clean the hand blender thoroughly after each use to ensure no food residues remain on the blades. When finished, let the hand blender shaft cool in a bowl of water. The hand blender shaft heats up quickly during use. Add a mixture of hot water and mild dishwashing detergent to a bowl. Then briefly switch on the hand blender to loosen all food particles from the blades. Unplug the plug from the socket and unscrew the shaft. Clean the shaft itself with a damp cloth. Then you can dry the shaft and the base thoroughly with a dry cloth. Be careful when cleaning and drying the sharp blades. Also, ensure that the handle, which contains the motor, does not come into contact with water.
