The combi steamer Silversteam-K 10110D from Bartscher is a professional combi steamer with 10 shelves in 1/1 GN format, offering extensive cooking programs such as convection, steaming, combi steaming, low-temperature cooking and Delta-T cooking with a temperature range from 50 to 300 °C. The stepless temperature control, touch control, vapour extraction and two fans with reversible motor operation provide optimal cooking control, while the LED display shows all relevant parameters such as core temperature, cooking phases and fan speed. The stainless steel housing (CNS 18/10) with direct injection steam generation and USB port completes the equipment.
