The combi steamer Silversteam-K 10110DRS from Bartscher offers 10 slots in the 1/1 GN format and features extensive cooking functions such as convection, steaming, combi steaming, low-temperature cooking and delta-T cooking with core temperature monitoring. The stepless temperature control from 50 to 300 °C is operated via a touch display showing information on temperature, time, cooking phases, fan speed and humidification. The unit is made of high-quality stainless steel (CNS 18/10), has two fans with reversing motor operation, a vapour extraction and is supplied via a 3/4" water connection and 3 NAC device connections.
