The combi steamer Silversteam-K 6110DRS from Bartscher offers six GN 1/1 shelves with stepless temperature control from 50 to 300 °C and a comprehensive range of functions including convection, steaming, combi steaming, low temperature cooking and delta-T cooking. The touch control allows precise monitoring via LED indicators for temperature, time, core temperature, cooking phases and other parameters, while an integrated steam extraction and direct injection steam generation optimise efficiency. The unit is made of stainless steel 18/10 and features a 3/4" water connection, USB port, and 3-NAC power supply.
