This aluminium julienne cutter 2.5 mm is suitable for the VC450 vegetable cutter. With this slicer, you can cut vegetables or potatoes into long thin strips. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable cutter. When finished, you can remove the slicing disc and clean it with warm soapy water. Make sure to dry the slicing disc thoroughly and for care, apply a little vegetable oil to the slicing discs.
