This aluminium julienne cutter 8 mm is suitable for the VC450 vegetable cutter. With this slicer, you can cut vegetables or potatoes into long thin strips. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable cutter. When you are finished, you can remove the slicing disc and clean it with warm soapy water. Be sure to thoroughly dry the slicing disc and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs for maintenance.
