Practical Levers

Mixing meat in this high-quality mixer is very easy. First, open the lid and put the desired amount of meat into the container. Make sure not to fill more meat than specified, otherwise the meat will not be distributed evenly. The container has a capacity of 40 litres and is suitable for processing 35 kg of meat or fish. After adding the main ingredient, you can add, for example, herbs, nuts or vegetables. To mix everything well, turn the practical levers until you reach the right consistency for your meat or filling. The mixer can be turned in two directions.

Thanks to the housing, mixing blade, and lid made of stainless steel, these parts are very easy to clean. Make it even easier by placing them in the dishwasher.
