Before you can start cooking, you first need to prepare the food. Cutting and chopping fruit and vegetables by hand can be time-consuming. With this professional vegetable cutter, you can quickly and efficiently slice, dice, chip or julienne.

Compact Table Model

First, wash the fruit and vegetables if necessary. Carefully select the desired slicer and close the lid. Connect the appliance and press the green button to start the vegetable cutter. Lift the handle and place the vegetables and fruit into the round inlet. Press the handle down and guide the vegetables or fruit with the pusher towards the cutting discs. The handle bar is equipped with a safety switch that automatically stops the appliance when you move the handle bar up or down. When you have finished cutting the food, press the red button to switch off the appliance. With the various cutting discs included with this machine, you can cut almost any piece exactly as you need. The appliance features cutting discs of 2 and 4 mm as well as three graters of 3, 4 and 7 mm. Additional cutting accessories such as julienne slicers and dicing grids for cutting chips are also available on our website (choose the discs from VC450). For dicing, the dicing grid should be combined with a standard cutting disc of the same size. The same applies to cutting chips with the chips disc.

Easy to Clean

To ensure good hygiene, it is important to thoroughly clean all equipment that comes into contact with food. The robust and easy to clean aluminium and stainless steel housing of this machine can be wiped with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The loose parts of the appliance can be cleaned in warm soapy water. After washing, dry everything thoroughly and rub the cutting discs with a little vegetable oil to maintain them.
