The griddle plate is designed to distribute heat evenly and cook ingredients simultaneously. A stainless steel splash guard is fitted on the back and sides to prevent oil splashes.

For Use in a Cooking Line

This commercial griddle is equipped with a large outlet that makes operation easier. With the user-friendly thermostat, you can set temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. To allow the griddle to work even more efficiently, the cooking zones operate independently. Thanks to the large 1-litre drip tray, this griddle is safe to use. The griddle plate can be used independently, in a cooking line, or placed on a separately orderable stainless steel trolley.

Removable Drip Tray

Cleaning this professional griddle plate is very easy. The drip tray is removable and the housing is made of stainless steel. Use a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent for cleaning. Before starting to clean, remove any coarse food residues with a scraper. Want to remove stubborn dirt? Heat the griddle to 70 ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. However, it is advisable to wear gloves to avoid burning your fingers while cleaning.
