This professional gas wok burner accommodates a single wok pan. It allows you to prepare the tastiest meat, fish and vegetable dishes. You can place any wok pan suitable for cooking on gas on the durable cast iron ring with Ø28.5 cm.

Additionally, this wok burner is 90 cm deep, so large wok pans also fit on it. There is a drip tray at the bottom, allowing you to use it for hours without it getting dirty. The drip tray is easy to remove and clean.

Ideal for a cooking line

The cast iron cooking ring is designed to carry heavy loads in commercial kitchens. As it is a compact tabletop model, it can easily be placed on a table or worktop. Of course, it is also possible to order a stainless steel stand and install the wok cooker on it.

The cooker is also fitted with a pilot burner and a gas safety valve with thermocouple. You can set the temperature using the safety thermostat. This professional wok burner can operate with LPG or natural gas and is suitable for use in a cooking line.

Easy to maintain

The top of this wok cooker is made of stainless steel and is therefore very easy to clean. The cooking ring can be removed, as well as the drip tray. Clean these parts with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Before using the wok burner again, dry all parts with a soft cloth.
