Suitable for integration into a cooking line

If you want to fill the water tank, you can easily do so via the cold water inlet with solenoid valve. The top of the pasta cooker is seamlessly welded so that no dirt can accumulate in the corners. The water can be emptied easily and quickly using the manual rotary knob. Thanks to the safety thermostat, you can set temperatures between 30 and 110ºC. Due to its compact size, you can place this pasta cooker on a table or counter. For an ergonomic working position, you can also order a stand that fits it perfectly.

This robust pasta cooker is made of stainless steel and is easy to clean thanks to its smooth surfaces. The baskets are removable and can be cleaned separately with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Rinse the baskets well before reinserting them, and wipe the housing dry with a soft cloth.
