In butcher shops and other large kitchens, many sausages are filled daily. Fill your sausages quickly and efficiently with this automatic sausage filler with a filling capacity of 20 liters. This professional sausage filler is made entirely of stainless steel and comes with four filling tubes with diameters of 16, 22, 32, and 38 mm. You also receive a foot pedal to operate the sausage filler so that your hands are free to fill and turn the sausages efficiently. The pressure plate has a vent hole and is sealed with a gasket. This way, as little air as possible enters the sausages during rotation. The sausage filler can be operated at ten different speeds, so you always have the right speed for perfect dosing.

Automatic Sausage Filling Machine

To make the sausages, first select the desired size of the filling tube. Attach the filling tube to the sausage filler. Then tilt the supply container and fill it with the ingredients of your choice. Next, slide the casing or artificial casing over the filling tube. Select the appropriate speed and press the foot pedal to start the filling process. With two hands, you can quickly fill and turn the sausages and thus produce a large number of sausages in a very short time.

Easy to Clean

This automatic sausage filler is made of stainless steel and is therefore easy to clean. The filling tubes and supply container are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Clean the pressure plate with a damp cloth and disinfectant. Then reassemble all parts and your sausage filler is ready for the next use.
