Mixing meat in this stainless steel meat mixer is very easy: simply open the lid and fill the container with the desired amount of meat or fish. The container has a capacity of 60 litres and is suitable for processing 39 to 55 kg of meat or fish. After adding your meat, you can add spices such as herbs, nuts, or vegetables. To mix everything well, turn the handle until you reach the right consistency for your meat or filling. The meat mixer can rotate in two directions. The tiltable container is very practical when you want to remove the contents and also provides a great advantage when cleaning. For good stability on almost all surfaces, the meat mixer is equipped with four rubber feet.

It is important to clean the meat mixer thoroughly after each use. You work with fresh products, and meat and fish are susceptible to bacteria. Remove the parts from the device to clean the container. Remove large food residues with a dry cloth. Then use a damp cloth, warm water, and a little mild detergent to clean the container thoroughly. After cleaning, dry everything well with a soft cloth and reassemble the meat mixer.
